Lighter AMA: Community Token Allocation accounts for 50% of the total supply, with a Token Buyback Mechanism planned

BlockBeats News, December 27, Lighter team's Head of Marketing @Pilla_eth today shared some details of the TGE in an AMA event with the theme "Lighter TGE," including:
1. The TGE and airdrop will take place in 2025, with the airdrop amounting to 25% of the total supply, with no locking restrictions. The airdrop does not need to be claimed and will be deposited directly into the Lightner wallet of token holders.
2. 50% of the token supply will be allocated to the community, more tokenomics details will be gradually announced, there will be a token buyback, but the specific amount is undecided. "Therefore, value will flow back to the token."
3. The LIT token will initially only be tradable on the Lighter platform. Coinbase and Bybit have added LIT to their roadmap. They will not pay for listings.
4. There will be no official Lighter NFT, but they acknowledge some community NFTs, such as Fuego. The meme coin airdrop is just a rumor.
Additionally, @Pilla_eth revealed Lighter is developing "a mobile app good enough to rival CEX applications."
